API search on tag #61

Using the API, i am able to fetch issues with a specify tag like so :

curl -H "X-Redmine-API-Key: AA" "https://myredmine.com/issues.json?include=journals,attachments,tags&sort=created_on:desc&offset=0&limit=1&tags=test"

But i can't do not equals ?
