"Might it be proper to mix in some selfplay games with (157, best 15x192) and lets say 6400 visits?"

Perhaps it will be easier to have a separate selfplay pool, so the other faster, more efficient nets like 15x192 or maybe 18x224 be explored? The main stream seems to be hard set on the biggest net available.

I will be willing to try to find some clients.

We already used ELF (v0 and v1) to generate selfplay games before, and v0 seems to have accelerated the progress, but the effect of v1 was unclear. Also a network won't learn as much from another network's games as from its own games, so I'd just suggest you find more clients to do selfplay with the official 256x40 networks.

@alreadydone "I'd just suggest you find more clients to do selfplay with the official 256x40 networks."

The problem is that official 256x40 networks are too big for my and others hardware. I can look for clients like that, and even a if some of could handle very big nets, they will not take away much.

Official 256x40 networks are not very interesting for those who cannot use them. I believe that involving larger base of users, client and contributors will be good for the official project too!

Peter (petgo3) has a lot of enthusiasm and contributes his resources for a long while attracting many people. I would like to help him. leela-zero#1859
