ReName_BaseStation_ENM

ReName base station with REST API on Ericsson OSS ENM.

1. Need to fill file bs.xlsx with old and new names of base stations.
2. Input ENM URL

enm = EnmRestApi("https://enm.telecom.com/", login, password)

3. Insert Login and Password to ENM after start script.
4. Result in file bs_all.txt.
