The current installer is too coupled and should be refactored into an Interface Class so multiple frameworks can be added to the box as Adapter Classes.

Will probably also sort out #59.

Adding a placeholder for installer properties/options coming to mind:

  • --skip-databases (for apps not needing a database, e.g. flat file html)
