Describe the solution you'd like
This would the same way Postman solves this: Including a checkbox next to the header name. You would be able to toggle it on/off. If the check box is unchecked, the header will not be sent with the request.

Describe alternatives you've considered
No alternatives other than deleting the header or renaming the header to trick my server into ignoring it. Also (and maybe this should be under another enhancement ticket) it would be good to have a global header entry so that I could create a header that gets passed with every one of my requests. This should also toggle-able and maybe even override-able per request tab.
