On the Collections pane, indent the queries to imply they're nested like a tree

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a new user its difficult to see if a query is in a collection or not. I can expand/collapse a collection item but other than that, there are no hints to this.

Describe the solution you'd like
Indent items under collections much like you would do with a tree view.
