Ability to add a subtitle?

Hi!
I was just wondering what the recommended way would be to add a subtitle to a plot? Or whether this might be supported eventually as something like altair.Subtitle ?

I find it a great way to give some more context or commentary to a chart.

(I do concede that this example below isn't the best example in the world 😛)

No, I don't believe that's supported in Vega-Lite.
