[Examples] Update downloadable build, re-check/adapt examples to work with it #1388

Description

After updating the TrashCat repo in alttester/trashcat#4 we need to update also the downloadable build for the examples and re-check them and adapt them if necessary

Hi @Aditi840, and thank you for offering to help.

This is a newly created issue. We're currently working on the ticket for updating the TrashCat repo on which this ticket depends, so until the changes from there are pushed to the master branch and the tickets for all the examples are created this ticket is on hold.

Maybe you could come back later if meanwhile the ticket is not already assigned to one of our AltTeser colleagues, depending on the prioritization.
