A user will be able to schedule an ama by providing the date time and the cast content.

AMA will:

Create a teaser cast including an ical embed users can add to their calendar.
At the time of the AMA it will publish a) the AMA cast on behalf of the user and b) a link to the AMA page where users can follow the discussion.
