no entitlement info in the local cache - pico4 #1743
Comments
after connecting the pico to the home wifi router it started working flawlessly. even removing that network and connecting it to my dedicated router it's been working fine. issue solved. |
For anyone who also has this issue: you need to launch the ALVR app on the headset at least once with internet connection. Then use it for a minute, while PICO does something called User entitlement check. From the official docs: https://developer-global.pico-interactive.com/document/unity/user-entitlement-check/ |
@OolooOtsoop can I ask what was your Pico system version at the time when this started happening? |
At the time i was using version 5.6.0. |
Description
runs fine for roughly 1 minute before crashing and returning "no entitlement info in the local cache" error message on the pico desktop.
