Slow start

Program starts very slowly,
During start-up the program try to load the Sinamics alarms file (alarm.xml) and Sinamics parameter list.
Both files are large and it takes time to load, so the program seams not to load.
Loading texts should be moved to a second thread, after displaying of the main interface.
