Installation

Install the esoteric launcher.
Copy the Simple folder into /media/data/local/home/.esoteric/skins/.
In Settings, set the skin to "Simple".

Icons are from the officexs icon pack from Icons8.

Font is Open Sans icon pack from Google Fonts.
