Looks like the files used for comparison are bad. Needs to be fixed with new files (and propagated back to downloadable test files).

Was closed too soon. It turns out that sometimes the stacks match up and sometimes they don't. I suspect that when the examples are run, they pollute the stack folders.

Proposed solution : in the test-file, add lines to remove existing stack files before running the test.
