Make a release version

Suggested steps for making a release;

• wait to be finished most of what you planned,
• choose a version number,
• use git tag v1.0 and git push --tags,
• verify you see it in Releases,
• also push to the Sugar Labs repository,
• verify you see it in Releases there,
• upload a zip or tar.gz to your sunjammer account, (as a backup in case GitHub is down),
• announce the release on sugar-devel@,
