There are many changes required in respect of the changes to discord.py and there are some feature requests still left, along with bugs etc.

@amanjha8100 @niloysikdar anyway this can be fixed and brought up to speed?

@amanjha8100 The self-deployment on Linux does not work anymore since the code is not compatible with discord.py 2.0 so even though the bot will be online it cannot execute commands, and gives this error in the console (for the "_help" command used) : -

discord.ext.commands.errors.CommandNotFound: Command "help" is not found

Heroku has removed its free tier entirely so you also cannot use that to deploy the bot now either.

This is why its next to impossible to run the bot now, due to which I was wondering if there could be any chance of update to the code, to reflect changes from discord.py 2.0 (https://discordpy.readthedocs.io/en/stable/migrating.html)

Ok, I will look into upgrading to discord.py 2.0. But it might take a little time as I am bound to face errors and also depends upon my availabilty.
Will sit with this on weekends.
Thank You.
