update fails because mktexlslr has been removed

Updating my texlive distribution today failed with an error. Upon inspecting the log file I saw that mktexlslr had exit status -1. Looking on my system I found that mktexlslr has disappeared completely. This, upon further inspection, turns out to be because of the update process: tlutility actively removes mktexlslr in the latest update and then - obviously - fails.

This is not due to a bug in TLUtility. Rather, the TL team is aware of the error and will fix it soon. So, I think we can close the issue, can't we?
