res2img.py - new resource format since MiFit 3.2.8 #52

Since Version 3.2.8 of MiFit I can't extract the resource file.
The file now got a "NERES" header instead of "HMRES"

Подтверждаю - новый формат res файла данный скрипт не поддерживает
