Release build 0.1.7

How to start:

1. download Server and Launcher from github releases (same with assembly DLL and replace it in your copy of the game)
2. unpack it in whatever place you want
3. start Launcher 3.1 go to Settings 3.2 setup right locations of EFT game and server (errors should disapear on the left)
4. login at Account page (use accounts from profiles.json)
5. press start Server 5.1 check in Server / General if backend Url is properly loaded
6. press start Game
