What package is missing from Amazon Linux 2023? Please describe and include package name.

oniguruma 6.9.8 EDIT 6.9.9

Is this an update to existing package or new package request?

Update. Current version is very old and missing unicode 14 15 support.

Is this package available in Amazon Linux 2? If it is available via external sources such as EPEL, please specify.

Any additional information you'd like to include. (use-cases, etc)

Needed by bref: brefphp/aws-lambda-layers#122 (comment).

Updated Unicode support would certainly be a benefit of bumping this.

EDIT: 6.9.9 was released since I posted this issue, with unicode 15 support.
