We have noticed that the Squid V6.6 that comes with AL 2023 has bug 5274: Successful tunnels logged as TCP_TUNNEL/500. Successful tunnels are logged as 500 in the access log file. This issue has been fixed in V6.7. Reference PR

How can I fix this issue or when can we expect the squid to be upgraded?
