Boilerplate doesn't contain placeholder

Hi there

Your tutorial http://adrianmejia.com/blog/2012/09/11/backbone-dot-js-for-absolute-beginners-getting-started/ mentioned the placeholder for the body content.

However, that's not present in the initial commit: 439ff34

I'd recommend either updating the tutorial to tell people to add it, or updating the commit in the repo itself (on the basis it's unlikely to be forked publicly)
