Not on native Wayland, and not in X11 session

Occurs at least in v17, v18, v19, master

I suspect it's caused by meta_window_actor_freeze without balanced meta_window_actor_thaw

Happens even without maximizing/unmaximizing, with window size below 80%

The issue goes away if custom window animations are disabled
