Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Recent Firefox update added Unified Extensions panel.
debugExtensionInToolbarContextMenu.uc.js not yet adding debug menu for the new Firefox's Unified Extension panel.

Describe the solution you'd like

Describe alternatives you've considered
Or, you've another Extension Options Panel script, which is great too. Add debug menu to that.

Additional context
I've tried to write some code but not 100% success yet.

The submenu popup under "Debug Extension" failed to show
