Cannot access the tutorial ...

The link to the video tutorial redirect me to a Microsoft login page in which I enter my outlook.com email ID and password. I then got the following error that I was asked to send to the administrator for help. Please advise.

Message: AADSTS50020: User account 'simplexityware@outlook.com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Northwestern University' and cannot access the application 'https://kellogg-northwestern.hosted.panopto.com/Panopto/Pages/Auth/Login.aspx'(Panopto Kellogg) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.
