'restrict E' is not supported in IE, 'restrict A' better

Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is only IE <= 8. Many (most?) of us don't have to worry about browsers that old anymore, and Angular >=1.3 no longer supports it

If anything, use 'restrict AE' to allow both ways. (or leave blank as this is the default)

Is this issue with IE 8 and below? If so, then really don't care. 💀
