No longer possible to block specific users comments?

Since the new update (0.4.1) I have noticed that even though the block button next to users names are back in comment sections, pressing the button only removes that comment at that moment but I can still see their comments on every other video or even if I reload the same page. I checked my rules and it is adding them to the Channel ID list, but it only stops me from visiting their user page and I assume it probably blocks their videos from appearing too, but no longer their comments. I just tested the Comment Content filter as well and it also doesn't appear to be working.

me too. I am a new user for this extension. I couldn't block the comments of the specific user. although I added the channel ID to the list manually.
