Wheel file for Python 3.9?

We are in a situation where it is difficult to ensure that MS Build Tools is installed on a machine that is using pip install-ing dukpy. As wheel files have not been uploaded to PyPI for Python 3.9 this results in a failed installation for us. Although we can come up with workarounds on our side, we figured other users may have the same problem. Is there any appetite for uploading 3.9 .whl files for the latest release?

Just checking if there's been any appetite for these 3.9 wheels? It is definitely going to cause some issues with our users.

I am having the same issue as my project is building but the client is not willing to install ms build because of security concerns. If we can get whl file for python 3.9 it will be EZ fix.

Wheel for Python 3.9 should be available at https://github.com/amol-/dukpy/releases/tag/wheels-test

I recently rewrote the whole CI and Release process to rely on github actions instead of Travis, that's mainly the reason why it took so long.
