User Story

As a user
I want the frontend to be adjusted according to my screen size and language to be English
So that I can get better UX

Acceptance Criteria

All the texts in the UI are in English
Scale certain HTML elements (endpoint JSON print out etc.) based on the screen size

Definition of Done

Code has been tested
Optional Logging has been added
No errors (syntax, unit tests, etc.)
Peer reviewed by at least one additional person
Acceptance criteria met
The code was merged into the main branch via pull request
