First thought I'd say that this is a really useful tool!

Would be nice to have a command line option to pass the equivalent of the -p (pretty json output) flag to cfndsl.

Do you mean send pretty json to AWS when applying the template? I think I can add that easily enough.

Yes - the template that AWS shows when you do a EC2::Cloudformation::GetTemplate.
This is really minor.
