Overview:
As a User, I want an easy way to create the 'User' entity when trying to enable the Auth plugin. This is to make the plugin installation process more seamless, given the new support for services to operate without a 'User' entity.

Requirements:

  1. Update the notification text according to the example
  2. Clicking the CTA should generate the default User entity and install the plugin
