Notifications: In-app notifications on production do not work (wrong App Identifier)

Upon opening the notifications entitlement for specific workspaces in production, the in-app notifications do not arrive.

This is likely due to the "Novu Application Identifier" being hard-coded and using the "Development" app ID.
This should be loaded from the process env and arrive with a different value for sandbox/staging/local VS prod.
