Bug / Custom actions: Update the add-module modal #8320

The add-module modal should be updated:

To the new modal look and feel (- same as the new DTO, and new Action modals).
The title of the modal should be "New Module"
The text of the modal should be: "Give your new Module a descriptive name.
For example: Customer, Order"
