Improve pull request titles

Feature description

Currently, for enterprise users, the PR titles are too generic and not really useful for active teams with several PR open.

It would be great to have PR titles that are following the conventional commits protocol and will contain a meaningful message that will summarize all the commits pushed by amplication.

i.e.
current : chore(Amplication): Update Generated Code for amplication-plugin-api

ideal: chore(plugin-api): add new generatorName field to plugin model
