amp-stream-gallery v0.1 appears on amp.dev but it is invalid

Current behavior

For amp-stream-gallery, two versions are offered: 0.1 and 1.0. However, only 1.0 appears in the validator spec.

Expected behavior/code

No docs should be generated for 0.1.

The latest component version is fetched from here: https://github.com/ampproject/amphtml/blob/main/build-system/compile/bundles.config.extensions.json
amp-stream-gallery has two entries and the latter entry has version: 1.0 and latestVersion: 0.1, so cleaning that up might solve this.
