We can no longer build MAESTROeX with SDC. This is mostly due to the work we've done with Microphysics. A lot of that support will need to be rewritten to understand enthalpy and the MAESTROeX system of equations. It is not hard, but until there is a reason to do so, this will remain broken.

We should also address #258 at the same time.
