burn_cell has an FPE #1048

Compile burn_cell as default and run with amrex.fpe_trap_invalid=1 and there is a floating point exception right at the start:

cd unit_test/burn_cell
make -j 4
./main3d.gnu.ex inputs_aprox13 amrex.fpe_trap_invalid=1
