Reification of :quant

We need a reification of :quant, for "The number of enterprises totaled 5883".

Reification of :quant can be "total-01". Added to guidelines, let's also add to "roles" button.

I think that number-01 would be semantically more neutral than total-01. But both feel somewhat odd in cases involving :quant with quantities such as

• the milk totaled/numbered 2 gallons
• the earthquake totaled/numbered 7.1

Why not just use a more regular reification such as have-quant-91 ?
