Google services error while building for android, thought it must be a version conflict with firebase, so I put project.ext { googlePlayServicesVersion = "11.4.2" } in app.gradle . Now, it builds, but just after picking a place the app crashes. Need urgent help please

Yeah solved the issue by editing include.gradle in the plugin
def googlePlayServicesVersion = "11.4.2"
(replaced the conditional statement with the version in firebase and app.gradle)

We are already above version 15.0.0. How fixed this error in this plugin. The author does not update the plugins. He's kinder than I've seen in Nativescript, but he does not update it
