Trying to use my windows installation reset my home directory

i selected the windows ntfs directory where i already had the game and my home folder got reset. It wasn't deleted, my custom folders and such still stayed but the documents and .config etc folders that are in every user got reset

used the lutris installation

Try this
Change config file (what i highlight) to "Genshin Impact game" because this is old instalaltion

This may be wine prefix misconfiguration. It symlinks your home's folders to the prefix so they can be accessed by the file manager inside the wine. Can't say how to help you without some investigations

Ran into the same issue, although in my case the game was on an ext4 drive and I used the AUR launcher. Removing the prefix created during the installation did not solve the issue, the files still remain unreachable.
