Information

When contributors add a package or update a package to a new minimum version, there's additional updates needed for migrations, new projects.

• Add package.json version migration
• Update package.json to latest version for template application used with create-analog
• Update version and tests for nx-plugin

Not clear what is needed here, do we need this info on contributing.md ? and what packages we are referring to here?
