Scenario: Rerun a main workflow (including child workflows). The child workflow calls the global variables of the main workflow.

Problem: The global variable value of the child workflow does not change. It is always the first time value of the complement.

场景: 重跑一个主工作流（包含子工作流）. 子工作流会调用主工作流的全局变量.

问题: 子工作流的全局变量值不会变. 始终是补数的第一时间值.
