Is there option to add own plugins to any editor?

I'd like to add simple button which would pasted simple text. I know that for simple MCE but don't know how it can be done using this plugin via config/settings (without changes in core).
Can you help me please?

Use the Paste plugin (http://octobercms.com/plugin/indikator-paste) or create own plugin which is replace the settings of default editor.
