position issues

First, thanks for this! It's a really great simple component.

I've tried to integrate this into a site I have, basically like this:

<div id="foo">
  <MyCustomContextMenu targetId="foo" options={[...]} />
  <table> .... </table>
</div>

The context menu always show up at the top of the table no matter where I right-click, instead of at the point of clicking.

I've played around with a ton of different options, but it seems like it won't work over a table for some weird reason that I can't quite figure out. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
