  • Selecting an assembly shows additional detail that if possible could appear in a dashborard. ie.... show data from https://www.bcassessment.ca/ (is it possible to screen scrape?). What physical improvements are on the site today?

  • pulling "value" from BC Assessment database would help in determining/ranking best assemblies to worst

  • so.....ability to say....I need a site that is at least 20,000 square feet, ocp'd for apartment buildings and assemblies ranked
