Hi, are you using the latest release? Make sure that your sound devices are set to 48000Hz sampling rate as well.
If that doesn't work, could you navigate to %AppData%/ReVox/logs and paste the log file here?

Could you tell me more about your PC setup? Do you have any antivirus programs installed? When, if ever, was the last time you did a reset of Windows?

Also, are you running ReVox as administrator?

It works for me on Windows 11 using the latest release. It warns that "Sample rate of VB-Audio Cable Output is not set to 48000hz and may result in unexpected behavior", but it does not appear to cause any issues.
