The new GNOME Shell 45 includes technical changes which are incompatible with all existing GNOME shell extensions:

Noted, I need to change a lot of different internal structs, I'm working on it.
Now testing on SUSE Tumbleweed and gnome 45

Great! Currently I'm using https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/6421/command-menu/ instead.
But it has some issues with clipboard operation.
