Step 1 - Project setup

Pre-requisities:

Download NodeJs
Download Git
Download Visual Studio Code (or any other code-editor)
Installing Expo CLI with npm: npm install -g expo-cli

initialize a new Expo Project

create a new repo called react-native-image-picker on GitHub and copy the clone URL
cd projects
expo init react-native-image-picker (select the blank template)
cd react-native-image-picker
git remote add origin <paste GitHub URL>
npm start

Expo client for iOS and Android

🤖 Download Expo client for Android from the Play Store
🍎 Download Expo client for iOS from the App Store

afterwards follow the insctructions to open the project in the expo-client app
