Whatsapp lets you mark specific messages with a star. Would be great if Whatsapp Viewer could list all starred messages in some way. There could be a separate chat entry that contains all of those messages in one location.
Maybe even have the ability to put stars on messages in the program?
Anyone know a different program that can export Whatsapp starred messages? I couldn't really find much on Google.
Edit:
In case anyone finds this on Google by searching for how to specifically backup starred Whatsapp messages, I realised an easy way to get a list of your starred messages is by just going to web.whatsapp.com, telling it to display all messages marked with stars, scrolling all the way down and then just downloading the page. You'll still have to use Whatsapp Viewer when you want to actually read the context, but at least you get an offline list of the messages like this, which is all I really wanted.
