Functionally complete collection of solvers

This release covers the planned main classes of solvers for Lyapunov, Riccati and Sylvester matrix equations. A complete collection of solvers for non-negative stable Lyapunov matrix equations has been added.

First functionally complete prerelease

This release covers the main classes of solvers for Lyapunov, Riccati and Sylvester matrix equations. The interfaces of several Lyapunov solvers have been simplified and a complete collection of solvers for Sylvester matrix equations and Sylvester systems has been added.

Initial release

This is the initial setup of MatrixEquation.jl covering solvers for Lyapunov and Riccati matrix equations and some solvers for Sylvester matrix equations. Required Julia version: v1.1.
