Our entire team are seeing the error below when running FindBugs in Android Studio. It looks like the compiler is not compatible with the Kotlin annotation processor. The error does not happen when running FindBugs from the command line using Gradle.

According to the Kotlin team they think it's a FindBugs issue. The error can be seen by running FindBugs against this sample app:
